The Recurring Screenshot feature allows users to capture screenshots periodically based on a cron job schedule. This functionality provides:
Flexible Scheduling - Users set a cron job time to define the frequency of screenshot captures (hourly, daily, weekly, or custom intervals).
Automatic Capture - Screenshots are taken automatically according to the defined schedule without requiring user presence.
Persistent Storage - All screenshots are stored in our secure system and can be accessed later for review or comparison.
From the Schedule Requests tab on the dashboard, users can efficiently manage their scheduled screenshot jobs through an intuitive interface that provides complete control.
Available Actions:
Start – Activate a scheduled job to begin capturing screenshots as per the defined schedule. Jobs remain active until manually stopped.
Stop – Temporarily halt the execution of the job without deleting it. This is useful when you want to pause monitoring but resume later.
Delete – Remove the job from the system completely when it's no longer needed.
View Screenshots – Access all recurring screenshots related to a specific job to track changes or download images.
Note:
If a user deletes a job, all the related screenshots are also deleted permanently. Make sure to download any important screenshots before deleting a job.
